Coalition: Precise Air Strikes on Legitimate Military Targets in Sanaa

The Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen announced on the night from Wednesday to Thursday that it has conducted precise air strikes on legitimate military targets in Sanaa in response to threats. The coalition stated that the operation in Sanaa was an immediate response after the destruction of a drone launched towards Jazan, noting that it targeted the Central Security camp in the capital Sanaa with painful strikes, destroying 7 warehouses for drones and weapons at the camp.

Prior to this, the coalition requested civilians not to gather or approach the targeted sites in Sanaa. The coalition emphasized that targeting civilians would be met with airstrikes in accordance with international humanitarian law. On Wednesday, the coalition announced one of the largest targeting operations in Marib and Al-Jawf, adding that 25 military vehicles belonging to the Houthis were destroyed, and more than 280 Houthi forces were killed.

The coalition also reported executing 33 strikes against the Houthi militia in Marib and Al-Jawf in the past 24 hours. Furthermore, the coalition revealed on Wednesday that it had intercepted a drone in Yemeni airspace that was launched towards Saudi Arabia. The coalition stated, "We will strike at the sources of threat in the coming hours," emphasizing a refusal to be lenient with the "hostile behavior of the Houthis."

Additionally, the coalition announced on Tuesday that 250 Houthi members were killed, and 29 vehicles belonging to the Houthis were destroyed in Marib and Al-Jawf through 40 strikes within 24 hours. On the same day, Arab coalition fighters launched air raids targeting Houthi vehicles and positions west of Taiz, Yemen.

A military source reported that three coalition airstrikes targeted Houthi units and a gathering of the fighting militia members in the village of Al-Mudkhan in the Al-Shamir area, which is part of Maqbana in the western countryside of Taiz. The source confirmed that several militia members were killed and wounded, and two military vehicles on their way to reinforce the fighting elements on the western fronts of Maqbana were destroyed.
