The Minister of National Defense in the caretaker government, Brigadier General Maurice Slim, issued a decision based on the proposal of the military council to appoint Brigadier General Administrative Khalil Ali Jaber as the President of the Permanent Military Court overseeing criminal cases, succeeding Brigadier General Ali Haj who has been retired.
