Ukrainian Foreign Minister: Peace is Achieved by Restoring the Country's Borders

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba stated today, via video link at a Black Sea security conference in Bucharest, that "all Ukrainian cities and the Crimean Peninsula must be part of Ukraine, and they will be again," considering that "real peace will be achieved through the restoration of the country's borders."
