Israeli Chief of Staff Herzi Halivi called on soldiers today, Monday, to continue fulfilling their duty and act responsibly in the face of bitter social divisions regarding the government's plans to amend the judicial system. Halivi stated in remarks published by the military spokesperson's office: "These times are different from any times we have witnessed before. We have not seen a succession of such days filled with external threats, while a storm is forming within."
