Chinese Foreign Minister Qin Gang announced today that China will maintain its communications with all parties involved in the Ukraine crisis as part of its efforts to achieve a ceasefire. During a joint press conference with German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock in Berlin, Qin stated that China will not "merely stand by" or "add fuel to the fire."
