Kuwaiti media confirmed today, Tuesday, that "Kuwaiti Finance Minister Manaf Abdulaziz Al-Hajri has submitted his resignation." The Kuwaiti National Assembly separately tweeted today that it has accepted the resignation of the Head of the Audit Bureau, Faisal Al-Shaya. Parliament Speaker Ahmad Al-Saadoun announced the council's approval of the resignation of the Head of the Audit Bureau, Faisal Al-Shaya.
