Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba stated today that U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken confirmed in a phone call that Washington continues to support Kyiv's efforts to win the war with Russia and rejects attempts to question its military capability. Kuleba's statement followed a recent report by The Washington Post that presented a pessimistic assessment by U.S. intelligence officials regarding Kyiv’s ability to regain large territories occupied by Russia.
Kuleba wrote on his official Twitter account: "During our call today, Blinken reaffirmed the ironclad U.S. support and vehemently rejected any attempts to cast doubt on Ukraine’s capacity to win on the battlefield." He added, "The U.S. remains Ukraine’s trustworthy partner, focused on advancing our victory and securing a just peace."
