Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba urged the European Union on Monday to "accelerate the defeat of Russia" by intensifying support for his country. Kuleba tweeted that "the reality of tanks moving toward Moscow during a failed coup attempt shows that Ukraine will win." He added, "At the Foreign Affairs Council meeting, I urged the EU to speed up the defeat of Russia by increasing support for Ukraine."
