Two oil sector officials confirmed to "Reuters" that "a technical delegation from Turkey met with Iraqi oil officials in Baghdad today, Monday, to discuss the resumption of oil exports from northern Iraq." Turkey halted the export of 450,000 barrels per day from northern Iraq via the Iraqi-Turkish pipeline on March 25 after the International Chamber of Commerce issued a ruling in an arbitration case.
