As part of his tours of Lebanese officials, the Saudi Ambassador to Lebanon, Walid al-Bukhari, visited the government headquarters today, Wednesday, and met with caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati. They discussed the general situation and the bilateral relations between the two countries. Al-Bukhari had previously met with several key figures including Speaker of the House Nabih Berri, Maronite Patriarch Bechara al-Rahi, former MP and leader of the Progressive Socialist Party Walid Jumblatt, leader of the Lebanese Forces Samir Geagea, and head of the Phalange Party MP Sami Gemayel, in addition to a number of official and party figures.
