Free Entry to Archaeological Sites

The Minister of Culture in the caretaker government, Judge Mohammed Wissam Murtada, announced that the National Museum will open its doors for free to Lebanese citizens starting tomorrow, Thursday, from 10 AM until 2 PM, through Sunday, in celebration of International Museum Day.

Minister Murtada emphasized during a meeting with journalists at the National Museum that "despite all the circumstances we are going through in Lebanon, we are determined to continue and celebrate occasions that unite us. Therefore, we invite everyone to visit the National Museum." He urged every visiting Lebanese to sign a Lebanese flag he has deposited at the National Museum, being the first to sign it.
