Upcoming Visit of the European Union Commissioner for Crisis Management to Lebanon

The EU Mission announced that the European Union Commissioner for Crisis Management, Janez Lenarčič, will visit Lebanon on Thursday and Friday, March 30 and 31. During his visit, he will meet with Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri, the Minister of Social Affairs in the caretaker government, Hector Hajjar, as well as representatives from international organizations, civil society organizations, and beneficiaries of EU-funded programs in various regions of Lebanon. According to the EU Mission, the visit aims to reaffirm the European Union's solidarity with the most vulnerable groups in the country and to express the EU's readiness to assist in establishing future stability in Lebanon.
