Labor Minister in the caretaker government, Mustafa Bayram, emphasized the importance of employing Lebanese youth, specialists, and technicians in drilling and exploration activities in Block 9. At the beginning of the meeting with Total's representative in Lebanon, Adrian Bichounie, Minister Bayram declared the necessity of notifying the ministry about any hiring needs from Total so they can be announced on the ministry's website and through media and social networks, ensuring a direct relationship with the company, which will select suitable candidates who meet the required criteria. He also expressed readiness to provide accelerated vocational training. An agreement was made on a mechanism for continuous and direct communication.
