The Tunisian News Agency reported today, Thursday, that "Tunisia and the World Bank Group have signed a loan agreement worth $268.4 million to finance the electricity interconnection project with Italy." The agency stated that "the project, known as 'Almad,' will connect energy networks between Tunisia and Europe."
