Meanwhile, investors are awaiting comments from policymakers at the Federal Reserve this week. The Dow Jones Industrial Average opened up by 20.59 points, or 0.06%, to 33,321.21 points, while the S&P 500 increased by 2.57 points, or 0.06%, to 4,126.65 points. The Nasdaq Composite also rose by 16.42 points, or 0.13%, to 12,301.17 points.
