Russian news agency quotes Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Vershinin as saying today, "There are currently no talks on resuming the grain export agreement through the Black Sea." The agreement, brokered by the United Nations and Turkey in July of last year, aimed to prevent a global food crisis by allowing the safe export of grain following the outbreak of war in Ukraine. Russia announced its withdrawal from the agreement last week.
