Putin Conducts Phone Call with Emir of Qatar and Iranian President

Russian news agency reported on Monday that President Vladimir Putin had a phone call with Emir of Qatar Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, who expressed his support for the Kremlin regarding the rebellion led on Saturday by the head of the Wagner Group, Yevgeny Prigozhin. The President of the Russian Federation, Mr. Vladimir Putin, made a phone call on June 26 to His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani of Qatar, during which both sides noted the high level of Russian-Qatari cooperation and confirmed their mutual interest in enhancing it in various fields. Putin also had a phone call with Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, who expressed full support for the Russian leadership.
