Berri Meets Shia and Army Commander

Today, Tuesday, Speaker of the House Nabih Berri received the U.S. Ambassador to Lebanon, Dorothy Shea, at the second presidential headquarters in Ain al-Tineh, where general conditions and bilateral relations between the two countries were discussed. Berri also addressed security conditions and matters concerning the military institution during his meeting with Army Commander General Joseph Aoun. In the afternoon, the Speaker met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants in the caretaker government, Abdullah Bou Habib, where they discussed developments in the general situation and political updates.
