According to the official Russian news agency, Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu stated that the Russian army does not plan to carry out additional troop mobilizations for fighting in Ukraine, as the army has a sufficient number of soldiers. Shoigu added, "The General Staff has no plans for additional mobilization."
