Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi stated today, Saturday, that "Jordan's King Abdullah is leaving the country for a European tour to gather support from leaders there to end the 'Israeli war on Gaza.' Officials say that King Abdullah, who met with U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken yesterday, has been engaging in intensive communications with regional and Western leaders to de-escalate the violence and prevent the region from falling into a broader war."
