The Governor of the Odesa region in Ukraine, Oleh Kiper, reported that a Russian drone attack lasted for three and a half hours early on Monday morning targeting the Ismail port on the Danube River in the region, causing extensive damage to infrastructure. Debris from the attack also ignited fires in several buildings. The regional governor indicated that approximately 17 drones were shot down, but some managed to hit their targets, noting that warehouses, production buildings, and agricultural equipment were damaged in multiple areas of Ismail. He added that initial reports indicate there were no casualties.
