The CEO of Royal Jordanian, Samer Majali, indicated today, Monday, that "the company is experiencing a slight decline in flight activity due to the war in Gaza, which has also forced the company to operate on longer and more expensive routes to Europe and the United States." The airline signed an order to purchase six Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft during the Dubai Airshow, which Majali stated includes re-ordered purchases of two 787 aircraft that had been previously canceled.
