Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated on Monday that he sent a message to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and UN Secretary-General António Guterres, asking them to continue working on the grain export agreement via the Black Sea. Zelensky said, "The grain initiative can remain in effect without Moscow's participation."
