Russian air defenses shot down 28 Ukrainian drones today, Wednesday, over the Belgorod and Kursk regions in the southwest of the country, as well as near the skies of Crimea in the Black Sea. The Russian Ministry of Defense stated: "Another Ukrainian terrorist attempt to strike targets in Russia using drones was thwarted, and air defenses intercepted 28 drones over Belgorod, Kursk, and the Black Sea." On Tuesday, Russian defenses had already shot down eight Ukrainian drones targeting Crimea.
