The TASS news agency reported today, Monday, that the spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, stated that "Minister Sergey Lavrov and his Turkish counterpart Hakan Fidan will hold talks in Moscow in the near future." Turkey is attempting to persuade Russia to return to an agreement that allows the export of grains via Ukrainian ports on the Black Sea.
