The "Mamlaka" channel reported, citing a military source from the General Command of the Jordanian Armed Forces, that border guards, in coordination with military security agencies and the Anti-Narcotics Directorate, detected an attempted illegal crossing of an unmanned aerial vehicle from Syrian territory into Jordanian territory. The source indicated that the drone was dealt with and shot down within Jordanian territory, with the confiscated items being transferred to the relevant authorities. The source emphasized that the armed forces are at the highest levels of efficiency and operational readiness under various conditions and circumstances. The source stated that "the Jordanian armed forces will continue to respond forcefully and decisively to any threat at the border fronts and any attempts to undermine and destabilize the nation's security and terrorize its citizens."
