Borrell: The EU Holds Its First Meeting in Kyiv

European Union foreign policy chief Josep Borrell indicated that an informal meeting of the EU Foreign Ministers will take place today, Monday, in Kyiv. Borrell posted on his official account on the platform "X," saying, "Today I invite the Foreign Ministers of EU countries to Kyiv for the first-ever meeting of all 27 Member States outside the EU. Ukraine’s future lies within the EU."
