Deputy Ibrahim Kanaan stated in a radio interview: "Dialogue is necessary not only with Hezbollah but with all political forces; it does not pertain only to the president, but to uniting perspectives and interpretations on the issues at hand so that problems do not hinder Lebanon's financial, economic, and social rescue efforts." He continued via "Voice of Lebanon": "What is needed is a rescue vision and answers to questions about what we will do regarding the IMF, electricity, restructuring banks, and recovering depositors' funds?"
