The spokesman clarified that "the incident occurred in a residential building, specifically in an apartment on the fourth floor, and the scale of the incident was significant, prompting the deployment of the Port Said Fire Station and Al-Hamriya Fire Station for support. Specialized teams immediately began evacuation and firefighting operations."
