Israel conducted an attack on the Syrian area of Deir ez-Zor, targeting military sites. The news agency "SANA" reported that the assault resulted in injuries to military personnel. A military source stated that around 11:50 PM on Monday, October 2, 2023, the Israeli enemy launched an aerial aggression against several positions of our armed forces around the city of Deir ez-Zor, resulting in two military personnel being wounded and some material losses.
Social media sites mentioned that the bombing targeted radar sites and bridges in the region. Activists also reported that the attack included sites in Albukamal and Mayadeen and targeted positions belonging to Iranian-backed military militias.
