The Ministry reiterated "the Kingdom's rejection of all forms of violence and vandalism against diplomatic missions and representations." It also called for "adhering to the ceasefire agreement and the humanitarian arrangements in Sudan." The Ministry condemned and denounced all forms of violence and vandalism, particularly those that violate the sanctity of diplomatic buildings, emphasizing the "necessity of respecting the rules of international law and related international agreements, especially the Vienna Convention."
Furthermore, the Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced yesterday, Friday, that the ambassador's residence in Khartoum had been subjected to attack and vandalism, confirming that the ambassador and the embassy staff were in Port Sudan and were not harmed.
