The friendly match between Belgium and Serbia scheduled for Wednesday evening has been moved to the city of Leuven after heavy rain rendered the "King Baudouin" stadium in Brussels unusable. The Belgian Football Association stated that the match will instead take place at the "Den Driif" stadium in Leuven without spectators. They added, "Due to the impossibility of organizing the match safely with fans in such a short time, it will be held without an audience." Fans will be refunded for their purchased tickets. Following the match against Serbia, Belgium is set to face Azerbaijan next Sunday at the "King Baudouin" stadium in the qualifiers for the Euro 2024 tournament. The Belgian Football Association mentioned that the location of the match against Azerbaijan in Group 6 will remain unchanged "until further notice." Belgium has already qualified for the Euro tournament scheduled to take place in Germany next summer.
