Strong New Earthquake Strikes the Philippines

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology reported today, Tuesday, a 5.9 magnitude earthquake near Lubang Island, southwest of the capital Manila. Meanwhile, the "ABS-CBN" channel stated that residents of Manila felt the tremors, adding that "the earthquake forced office workers to leave their buildings, and train services were disrupted."
