A bombing carried out by the "ISIS" organization targeted the Sayyida Zainab shrine in Syria on July 27. After about 20 days, a Syrian young man named Wissam Mazen Dalh jumped from the seventh floor in the Ayn al-Salam neighborhood in Beirut while attempting to avoid arrest; he was one of those responsible for the bombing. In this context, Wafiq Safa, head of the coordination and liaison unit in "Hezbollah," confirmed that "Dalh was the one who received the explosive motorcycle and drove it to the Sayyida Zainab area. When the Syrian security discovered his identity, they quickly raided his home, where they found a set of evidence proving his involvement in the bombing."
He added, "After his identity was revealed, Wissam Dalh asked for help from his father, and the solution was to smuggle him to Lebanon via Wadi Khaled, choosing the Ayn al-Salam area, specifically his sister's house."
He continued, "Hezbollah elements were able to track his location, and the Hezbollah security apparatus stormed the building. Wissam's father and his uncle's husband were arrested, and when the security forces reached Wissam, who was on the rooftop talking on the phone, he jumped from the top of the building."
