Abbas Arrives in El Alamein for Egyptian-Jordanian-Palestinian Summit

The Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Egypt, Diab Louh, announced that Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas arrived in Egypt today, Sunday, for an official visit in response to an invitation from Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi to participate in the Egyptian-Jordanian-Palestinian trilateral summit in El Alamein. Ambassador Diab Louh confirmed in a statement that a trilateral summit will bring together President Mahmoud Abbas, President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, and Jordanian King Abdullah II in El Alamein, embodying ongoing consultation and cooperation regarding various issues at the Arab, regional, and international levels, and unifying the visions of the three leaders to address political, regional, and international movements, while working to end the suffering of the Palestinian people and achieve their legitimate national rights in establishing their independent state with full sovereignty, with Jerusalem as its capital.
