Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer announced to reporters today, Tuesday, that the Senate will begin considering a package that includes aid for Israel and Ukraine next week. He added that there is a need for the aid bill even if an agreement is not reached with Republicans regarding the funding of border security measures. Schumer also mentioned that he will discuss U.S. border security with President Joe Biden and Democrats in the Senate.
