Following the significant media coverage surrounding the leak from the Israeli Foreign Ministry detailing a meeting between Israeli Foreign Minister Eli Cohen and Libyan Foreign Minister Najlaa Al-Manqoush in Rome, The New York Times reported yesterday that Al-Manqoush has fled to Turkey.
