Greek Defense Minister Nikos Panagiotopoulos will visit his Turkish counterpart on April 4, following the extensive damage Turkey has recently suffered due to earthquakes. This visit comes amid ongoing competition between the two NATO partner countries. The Greek minister stated in an interview that he would inspect the damages in southeastern Turkey.
Recently, Turkey experienced an earthquake measuring 4.4 on the Richter scale in Malatya province.
