The National Oil Corporation of Libya stated today, Sunday, that firefighting teams have controlled a fire that broke out in the oil transport lines belonging to Harouge Oil Operations. The corporation mentioned through the social media platform X that the fire ignited during maintenance work on the transport lines between the Amal oil field and the Ras Lanuf port. It added that the fire did not result in damages or injuries, and "maintenance operations are expected to resume in the next few hours."
