Title: Arrest of Computer Thief at a University

The General Directorate of Internal Security Forces – Public Relations Division issued a statement today, Saturday, stating: "On January 25, 2024, the administration of the American University of Beirut reported to the Ras Beirut police station about an unknown individual committing the theft of a large number of laptops from one of its storage rooms. Through follow-up and investigations, the station's personnel were able to identify the suspect, named A. D. (born in 1988, Lebanese). A quantity of the stolen laptops was recovered and returned to the claimant.
