Qatar's Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani announced today, Monday, that the Qatar Investment Authority will launch a fund worth $1 billion to invest in global and regional venture capital funds. Al Thani was speaking at the opening of the Web Summit Qatar 2024.
