The leader of the Ansar Allah movement, Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din Al-Houthi, confirmed that any American response to the group in the Red Sea will not go unanswered and will be stronger than the recent attack on the American ship. He added, "The American aggression on the navy is a testament to the impact of our stance on both the Israeli enemy and the American and British forces. We tell everyone that there is no problem for them in passing through the Red Sea; the target is exclusively the ships linked to 'Israel.'"
He continued, "Our resolve is strong, and our people remain steadfast in their position. The loser is the one who entangles himself in aggression against our people to serve 'Israel.' Anyone who serves 'Israel' shares in the crime and renounces all values, and it is unbefitting for any Arab country to stand with the enemy to continue its crimes."
He expressed hope that Arab and Islamic countries would never become involved and would allow the Americans and British to entangle themselves alone. He stated, "If the confrontation is direct, we are ready to do what is necessary and will fight with all boldness." He called on all peoples in the Gulf to boycott American and Israeli goods.
