Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi issued a circular to the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance to implement the "Agreement between the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on the Promotion of Bilateral Trade," which was approved by the Islamic Consultative Assembly in a general session on Sunday, December 3. The agreement was also approved by the Guardian Council on December 27. According to Article 125 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the implementation of the agreement's provisions is contingent upon completing the routine procedures outlined in Article 12 of the aforementioned agreement.
