Scholz to Visit Jordan and Israel This Weekend

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz will visit Jordan and Israel during the weekend, as stated by his spokesperson, Steffen Hebestreit, in a regular press conference today, Friday, amid increasing international efforts to deliver aid to the Gaza Strip. Scholz is scheduled to hold talks with Jordanian King Abdullah II tomorrow, Saturday, and with Israeli President Isaac Herzog and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday, according to the spokesperson.
