The Global Investment Forum, established and launched at the initiative of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), is a key event and an important global platform that brings together key stakeholders from all over the world to shape policies and strategies aimed at addressing investment and development challenges globally. It is organized by UNCTAD’s Investment and Enterprise Division, emphasizing its commitment to ensuring inclusive growth and guiding investments towards sustainable development and forming a global investment environment.
The forum, which is organized with the support of the Ministry of Economy and the Department of Economic Development - Abu Dhabi as a main partner, offers a distinguished platform focusing primarily on "Investment in Sustainable Development." Its sessions and lectures address pressing issues such as food security, sustainable energy, health infrastructure, and challenges and solutions in global supply chains.
