Local officials stated today, Monday, that "four people have died and at least one other person has been injured in a Russian artillery attack on the city of Kherson in southern Ukraine." The officials noted: "A video clip from the scene, released by the regional prosecutor's office, showed a completely torched car that caught fire after the explosion, with two bodies found inside." Kherson and its surrounding areas are regularly subjected to Russian shelling, facing several air raid alerts throughout the day. Russian forces are targeting the city of Kherson from occupied territory across the eastern bank of the Dnipro River that divides the region.
