Witnesses reported today, Monday, that dozens of Israeli tanks have advanced into the southern Gaza Strip. Global media outlets indicated that numerous Israeli tanks, troop carriers, and military bulldozers have moved into the southern Gaza town of Al-Qarrara, located north of Khan Younis city. It was noted that dozens of tanks have advanced "two kilometers" into Al-Qarrara, while "tanks are positioned on both sides of Salah al-Din Road and completely block it," which is the road connecting the northern and southern parts of the strip.
Israeli forces intensified their airstrikes and artillery shelling during the night from Sunday to Monday in northern, central, and southern Gaza Strip, while clashes continue with Palestinian militants on multiple fronts. In this context, the Al-Qassam Brigades announced on Monday that they targeted 10 Israeli vehicles in the eastern Gaza front and that their fighters engaged Israeli soldiers in the Sheikh Radwan area. Fighting is intensifying on several fronts between the Israeli army and the Palestinian resistance, while warplanes have struck vast areas in the strip.
