Samy Gemayel: Israeli Justifications for Targeting Civilians are Condemnable

Samy Gemayel, the leader of the Lebanese Forces party, stated on X that "all Israeli justifications for targeting civilians are rejected and condemned. The theoretical cost of 'supporting Gaza' and 'diverting Israel' should not be paid by innocent Lebanese." He added, "The people of the South pay daily with their blood, lives, and livelihoods for a war imposed upon them unilaterally by Hezbollah. Just yesterday, it was Nabatieh's turn, where children and mothers fell. We extend our deepest condolences to their families."
