A personal altercation occurred on the international highway in Miniyeh over the right of way between F.D. and M.Sh. The dispute escalated into gunfire, with F.D. shooting at M.Sh. from a handgun, resulting in an injury to M.Sh.'s foot. The shooter then fled the scene with another individual in a Mitsubishi Jeep. The injured party was transported to Al-Khair Hospital in Miniyeh for necessary treatment.
