Al Riyadi Beirut, the Lebanese basketball champion, achieved a first victory for Lebanese teams participating in the 33rd annual Dubai basketball tournament, defeating the Tunisia national team (86-70) in a match held this evening, Friday, at the Al Nasr Club venue in Group A. This victory for Al Riyadi came after a day marked by setbacks for Beirut First Club and Hoops Beirut. Meanwhile, Homentmen Beirut will begin its participation tomorrow, Saturday, against Al Ahly Tripoli from Libya in Group B. Notably, Lebanon is represented by four teams in this edition of the tournament for the first time since its inception.
